Department – Unit: Credit Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

The position is responsible in handling the outsource services of the Credit Acquisition Department by managing the external agencies to support the following services: Encoding, Tele-Verification, Ocular Verification and Merchant Ocular Services.

Span of Control:

No direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of Mass Communication and / or business course
• At least 2 years work experience preferably from a credit card company or bank. Experience in credit verification is an advantage.
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on credit system and policies/procedures is an advantage
