Responsibilities

The position is responsible for managing the data processing operations in shifting schedule (24x7) and ensuring that the service standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any IT related course
• With at least 1 year of work experience with understanding of data processing operations
• Must have a good background on computer concepts, operating systems (Windows and Non-Windows)
• Updated knowledge of software and hardware trends.
• Knowledgeable in ITIL v3 framework for IT Service Management
• Knowledgeable in PCI-DSS standards
• Knowledgeable in Data Privacy Act of 2012
• Ability to deliver high quality output under pressure and on extended and/or unusual hours
