Department – Unit: AFC Fraud

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible in production of regular and ad-hoc Management Information System (MIS) reports and maintaining the fraud databases. He will ensure that all reports are within TAT and accurate. In addition, he ensures that the fraud databases are accurate and updated. He will provide analytics support to the Fraud MIS Head and will also serve as the primary back-up of the Fraud MIS Head for the analytics functions for Fraud including parameter setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of Statistics or Information Technology/ Software Programming course
• Ability to process, analyze and interpret statistical data and recommend actions based on the result of the information.
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements to produce prompt and reliable information ot management for decision-making purpose.
• Has at least 2 years of work related experience in a financial institution preferably from a credit card company.
• Proficient in SAS (at least 1 year programming experience).
• Experience in database management/report generation and Cardlink application is an advantage.
• Knowledge on PRIME application is an advantage
