Department – Unit: Prepaid Sales and Insurance

Key Responsibilities

The position is responsible for the oversight of all sales operations covering (1) agent accreditation for Insurance License (2) management of complaints and fraud transactions relating to sales transactions (pre-paid cards acquisition, selling of insurance), and (3) sales verification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably a graduate of a business course.
• With at least 5 years solid experience Credit Card Industry.
• Has at least 4 years people management experience.
• External communication with various units of the organization is an advantage
• Has superior communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report generation and presentation – Intermediate
• Has broad understanding of the different areas of the cards business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and /or holidays
• Willing to do fieldwork and/or be assigned to other locations
