Key Responsibilities

The job holder is responsible for planning, development and execution of programs & initiatives designed to improve individual effectiveness and increase organizational performance & effectiveness through the following:



  • Performance Management Program (PMP)
  • Performance Improvement Program (PIP)
  • Individual Development Plan (IDP)
  • Management Development Program (MDP)
  • Management Training Program (MTP)
  • Team Effectiveness Programs (TEP)

The position is also responsible for the development, facilitation and evaluation of corporate learning programs, online learning and assist in the execution of the whole training cycle for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related discipline.
  • With 3 to 4 years experience in Performance Management/OD Officer or Manager managing organization wide initiatives on performance management, management development programs, OD and action research.
  • With proven ability to translate performance issues, come-up with action plans
  • With experience in people management or managing work groups
  • With above average facilitation skills.
  • With certification from SGV-DDI, Ateneo CLCI, or other known training institutions in developing, facilitating and evaluating training programs an advantage
  • Experience in a Credit Card Company or experience in handling a credit card/financial account/program from a Call Center or BPO set-up is an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications eg. Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
