Assists in various processes, procedures and initiatives in Compensation and Benefits Unit.

Requirements

• Graduate of any four (4) year course from a reputable college/university.
• Preferably with 6 months experience in HR or has been part of an extensive OJT program in HR setting.
• Possesses good time management skills; can independently carry out multiple tasks.
• Proficient on various window-based programs including MS Word and Excel.
• Keen on details
• Customer-oriented.
• Displays high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Can type at least 30 WPM
