Responsibilities

Responsible for the management, maintenance and monitoring of the timekeeping system (TKS) of MCC. The position provides support and assistance and acts as back-up to the Sr. HRIS & Compensation Manager in terms of timekeeping and & overall HRIS management & its enhancements.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Engineering or computer-related courses
  • At least 1 year experience in the field of Timekeeping with knowledge on Human Resource Information System.
  • Experience in other C&B functions is required
  • Adept in performing mathematical computations
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws is a must
  • Knowledge on HRIS platform is a must
  • Well versed in preparing policies and documenting procedures
  • Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
