Department – Unit: Prepaid Card Business
Responsibilities
The jobholder is responsible for recruitment and sales performance management of the financial advisors (FA). The jobholder will have targets for recruiting and maintaining FA’s and number/value of polices sold, as well.
The jobholder is expected to maintain good relationships with FA’s, insurance partners, and units to achieve set sales targets, persistency and penetration rates.

Requirements
- Must earn a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university, preferably a graduate of a Marketing or Business course
- 1 - 2 years of solid Sales experience from the Insurance, Banking, and Finance industries to have broad understanding of the insurance business to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
- With at least 1 year of supervisorial experience managing and monitoring performance of a sales team
- Has had built insurance sales networks. A candidate with personal contacts with the Insurance Commission, Insurance Companies, Brokerages and Agencies is preferred. A candidate with insurance license is preferred but not required
- Has strong working knowledge of economic modeling particularly of the Insurance business and good skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
