Department – Unit: Merchant Acquiring

Responsibilities

The jobholder is primarily responsible for managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities. The jobholder is focused on portfolio growth in a competitive environment whilst not compromising the retention of the existing customer base or service level agreements.

Direct Reports - Relationship Managers

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of any business related course
• With at least 5 years of experience doing sales in any of the following industries: Banking & Financial, Insurance, or FMCG
• At least 4 years of experience handling supervisory/managerial roles
• Related experience in the merchant acquiring business is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with integrity
• Demonstrates initiative with an ability to influence and negotiate win/win outcomes
• Has a background in business analysis with some project management experience
• Willingness to explore opportunities within the business and have the ability to articulate these opportunities to upper management
• Willing to do fieldwork
